The Golf Club At Felicita opened in 1962. The course was designed by David W. Gordon.
The resort is set on two sides of Fishing Creek Valley and nestled under Blue Mountain. Felicita is surrounded by miles of state park game lands and only 10 miles from Harrisburg, the capital city of Pennsylvania
This wooded course was built on a mountain. There are three ponds and two creeks that come into play on seven holes. The greens are fast, undulating and always well manicured. Hole #15, a par 5, requires two separate carries over water, including one from the tee box that sits 150 feet above the fairway.
The Golf Club At Felicita plays to apar-72 and 6,510 yards from the black tees, with a 71.0 course rating and a 130 slope.

Felicita is a challenging, tight course. Hit it straight or bring extra balls. Nice layout, aesthetically pleasing with many elevation changes. Greens were not lightning fast, but rolled well. Only negative seen was the bunkers were inconsistent as to amount and quality of sand. Rest of course in excellent shape. Pro shop personnel friendly and accomodating. Overall excellent experience.
